Beer Description
Our latest batch of barrel-aged imperial stout is a sultry and layered yet balanced treat. Our original Imperial Stout (Everything Was Forever) undergoes a two-day brew. The wort is boiled for three hours each day to catalyze the chemistry required to achieve rich depth of color and flavor, as well as the gravity necessary to hit 10% ABV. After primary fermentation in stainless steel, the beer was transferred into Willett Bourbon and Willett Rye barrels where it’s been conditioning since January 2023.
