Beer Description
Single hopped Australian pale ale. A new beer fom the team here at Thornbridge “Galaxia”. The name might suggest it’s from the stars but it refers to this being a single hopped pale ale – a beer brewed to showcase the Australian hop variety Galaxy.
Caolan Vaughan our resident antipodean says ”Using our fantastic pale ale recipe allows this stunning hop to transform this beer into a pleasurable experience in a glass – one for all hop lovers”. The Galaxy hop imparts striking beautiful aromas of mango, guava and grapefruit. While providing an intensely tingling bitter finish. ABV varies between 4.5% and 5.2%
