Beer Description
This is a compact version of our Pillowfort DIPA. It has all of the same Citra and Azacca hops aromatics: grapefruit, cantaloupe, and stonefruit. All without as much alcohol or sweetness. A cooler whirlpool temperature allowed us to maintain balance, by reducing bitterness without sacrificing that saturated hop flavor. It smells like a DIPA, but it drinks like a pale ale!
