For our five-year anniversary, we’re proud to share our most traditional Czech lager: triple-decocted, open-fermented, and brewed with @sugarcreekmaltco Edelweiss malt for the very first time. This heirloom malt is highly unmodified, which means it demands a step mash or decoction to unlock its delicate depth, and for this one, Brendan pours all his love into it.
