Beer Description
With such a great apricot and peach crop in 2018, we wanted to make something special with the small amount of Oak Theory stock we had at the time. We found 3 barrels of Oak Theory that created a super unique funk and aged the blend on organic apricots and peaches from Palisade, Colorado. Even with the massive amount of stone fruit, the Oak Theory funk is the highlight of this blend.
