Dutchess Eg Pilsner

EG Pilsner is a beer that finds the happy middle ground between all that is peerless and noble in the great European Pilsner tradition and the more expansive North American approach to crafting Pilsners with more dynamic hop and malt profiles. Based on a traditional, more northern German approach to purity of malt expression and bitterness, EG is then accentuated with more contemporary yet subtle adjunct additions and a blend of traditional Hallertau based hops and some North American hops of noble parentage that express deeper citrus, herbaceous, and floral notes.
