Beer Description
Silent Spirit is a West Coast Pilsner brewed with a unique mix of Audacia hops from our friends at Indie Hops in Portland, Oregon and Peacharine hops from our friends at Freestyle Hops out in New Zealand. We decided to marry these two newer hop varieties in an attempt to showcase a bright and expressive hop combo that we’ve yet to see commercially available. The result is a highly aromatic and hyper crushable lager that evokes a truly one-of-a-kind hop experience. While Audacia contributes layers of white grape, yuzu peel and subtle herbal resin, Peacharine exudes broad strokes of fruit with notes of juicy Le Grand nectarines and Keitt mangoes. Both come together to create a harmonious blend of hop aroma all wrapped up in a tidy/snappy little Pilsner package.
