Beer Description
A collaboration with our good friends at Wandering Monsters Brewing. Wood Golem is a full-bodied imperial stout, conditioned on Palo Santo wood. This South American wood is often used as incense, because of its natural aromas of mint, licorice, and cinnamon; itβs hard to describe, but incredibly enticing! We conditioned this imperial stout on Palo Santo wood for only a few days to impart these flavors into the beer.
