It seems there’s a myth in our industry surrounding IPAs. If it’s not hazy, then it’s not worth drinking. We don’t believe that.
We obviously have much love for the hazy New England IPA style, but we also love a beer so clear that even the tiniest bubbles are visible and seem to reveal something magical. So we’ve taken it upon ourselves to unhaze the beloved New England IPA with clear intentions.
