Pils Prty is our supremely clean and crushable single-hopped West Coast Pilsner. This second iteration features a new-to-us American hop Zumo, touted for it’s lime zest characteristics. We definitely get all of that on top of an earthy and herbal, more familiar pilsner backbone. Hopped throughout the process at over 3.5 pounds per barrel, expect a highly aromatic and flavorful experience that teeters on a session IPA.
