Beer Description
A calm ocean of 2-row and oats is suddenly disrupted with a wave of thiol-rich Cascade in the mash. Seething waters erupt in a scalding torrent of hops. Boiled with Citra Incognito, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Sabro, and Vic Secret. Double-dry-hopped with Citra pellets and even more Motueka, Nelson, Sabro, and Vic. Conditioned on rich, bright cape gooseberries and fermented on Omega’s Cosmic Punch to convert all those tropical thiols. Enormous, bold notes of tropical fruit, pine sap, guava, and cooling lava flows. This one’s a real desert island beer.
