Beer Description
Around the brewery we often reminisce for the times when IPAs were clear and bitter. As we settle into our new space here in Raleigh, we knew a tribute to the West Coast approach was in order. Hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook, you can expect to find suggestions of citrus, pine, dank, and tropical fruit. A cold fermentation lends a dry finish that throws a spotlight on the classic American hop character.
