West Coast IPA brewed at Urban Forest in collaboration with Prairie St., Pig Minds and Carlyle. The 815 area code breweries all coming together to celebrate the region and the great beer it has to offer. Speaking of great beer, “815 Day IPA” is just that! It’s crisp, resinous and hoppy with a solid malt foundation. Made exclusively with experimental hops HBC-638, which are pretty much Centennial on steroids, boasting a big citrus pithy character with clean resinous bitterness. Crafted to Remove Gluten
