Beer Description
BA IMPERIAL STOUT WITH RASPBERRIES, VANILLA, CACAO NIBS, WHITE CHOCOLATE.
Years ago we made a badass stout with our friends over the hill at Around the Horn.
It has slowly aged in barrels for over 36 months and was ready for treatment.
We loaded up with raspberry puree, dried raspberry powder, white chocolate sauce, cacao nibs and vanilla beans.
The result is incredible. Chocolate covered raspberries with the fresh snap from the fruit. The barrel slightly with some tannin grip before finishing off with the creamy vanilla and white chocolate.
