Brewed in collaboration with Yvan de Baets from Brussel’s Brassiere De La Senne (and named for his two cats), Kuro and Kika Attaque! is a mash up of our own Apex Predator and Taras Boulba – taking our modern approach to farmhouse ale production prioritizing fermentation steps to maximize ester production and coupling it with a much more traditional Belgian approach to mash regime and bitterness levels.
