Sonder Track is a rich, contemplative brown ale that layers classic notes of toasted malt, caramel, and cocoa with evocative aromas of tobacco, leather, coffee, and the subtle spice of tonka nut. Smooth and earthy, it invites you to pause and consider the depth in every passing moment.
Produced as part of a collaboration between artist Emeka Ogboh and students from SAIC’s department of Art & Technology / Sound Practices, in partnership with SAIC’s Visiting Artist Program and the Goethe-Institut Chicago.
