Beer Description
Cold IPA 6.6% abv Hopped with Peacharine, Krush Cryo, Columbus Cryo & Nelson!
It’s a 3 way beer science project with our friends @shredbeer &
@berkeley_yeast. Two beers will be released, “Cool Headed” here in Emeryville and their version “Hot Headed" in Rocklin! Brewed with the exact same recipe (malt, hops, process all the same!) at each brewery, the only difference is.. the YEAST! We fermented ours with Berkeley Yeast’s Fresh Andechs Lager strain (bringin’ the Cold IPA factor) while Shred fermented theirs with Fresh Chico Ale yeast!
