Beer Description
Elderberry sour was aged 12 months in our naturally soured bourbon barrels. As the barrel aging was coming to an end, loyal staff and family braved the wilds of the Eastern Sierra to pick Elderberries from Lundy and Scheelite Canyons
Fall 2016 barrel aged seasonal. Elderberry sour was aged 12 months in our naturally soured bourbon barrels. As the barrel aging was coming to an end, loyal staff and family braved the wilds of the Eastern Sierra to pick Elderberries from Lundy and Scheelite Canyons. We married the sour and elderberries together in a fermenter and let blend into a blissful state. Enjoy, oddly enough, with smoked meats. Bottle conditioned for your pleasure
