Copious amounts of Cascade and Chinook were added hot side in multiple additions which present tons of citrus rind and grapefruit, Clean. Dry. Appropriately bitter.
Forget Shark Week. Beach Creature is here for the summer. Possibly the most frightening thing to ever lurk around the seas. Its reign of terror stretches from Mavericks Beach to Coney Island. No shore is safe! This take on a classic West Coast IPA was brewed on a 2-Row base with a touch of a few specialty malts to give it a nice but mild malty backbone. Copious amounts of Cascade and Chinook were added hot side in multiple additions which present tons of citrus rind and grapefruit, Clean. Dry. Appropriately bitter.
