Our nod to Czech polotmavy (literally translates to “half-dark”) is a rich-yet-easygoing lager built on Czech processes and ingredients: decoction mash, floor-malted Bohemian dark malt, Saaz hops, soft water. Lagered forever. Limited offering, drink while you can!
