This pre-prohibition mash-up calls on the history of “Mexican-style” lager and the use of flaked maize to create a golden colored beer with notes of pineapple and a lingering sensation of Cinnamon.
Drinking this crisp pineapple lager is like skydiving through cinnamon clouds and landing on Mesoamerican cornfields during an ancient ceremony. This pre-prohibition mash-up calls on the history of “Mexican-style” lager and the use of flaked maize to create a golden colored beer with notes of pineapple and a lingering sensation of Cinnamon.
