West Coast IPA.
Vinny is a pale bright American IPA with pronounced hop bitterness giving way to tropical, citrusy notes. Additions of white wheat malt help to smooth out the mouthfeel while the combo of Citra and Idaho 7 hops give a dry and modern finish.Dry Hopped with German Amarillo. Cold Fermented and conditioned for two weeks.
Malts: NY State Pale, NY State White Wheat,
Hops: Virgil Gamache Farms Columbus and Amarillo, Crosby Farms Citra and Idaho 7,
Yeast: German Lager 34/70,
Production Time: 3 weeks Grain to Glass
