Beer Description
A farmhouse ale re-fermented on whole cluster Chardonnay grapes and lightly dry-hopped with Nectaron. Known for its intense tropical notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and peach we thought this hop would amplify the wine like qualities we got from re-fermenting on 600# of chardonnay grapes for 8 weeks. Although conditioning in the bottle took a little longer than expected we are thrilled with how the grapes, dry hop, and our house yeast culture melded together from a long re-fermentation in the bottle.
