Beer Description
To celebrate the 2025 New Zealand hop harvest, Epic has launched Hop Serpent. This unique brew features fresh Riwaka hops from Eggers Hop Farm in Nelson, picked at 10 am on March 5th and brewed in Auckland by 6 pm that same night.
Hop Serpent is driven by the bold passionfruit flavor of the Riwaka hops, complemented by zesty citrus notes of grapefruit, lime, and lemon. The dominant passionfruit profile offers a sweet, tangy character that adds depth and vibrancy to this intensely fruity and aromatic IPA.
