Beer Description
Dry Hopped Saison. We brewed this beaut with @DeerCreekMalt Colonial Pilsner Malted Barley, hopped it with Saaz, Huell Melon, and Hallertau Mittelfruh, dry hopped it with some more Hallertau Mittelfruh, and fermented it with our locally sourced Forage Yeast Culture. The dry hopped character is noble, aromatic and pleasant, but the yeast character really takes center stage in some classic farmhouse fashion, at times almost wit-like, with notes of Juicy Fruit Gum, coriander, lemon peel, whole grain cereal flakes, wild tangerines, anise hyssop, and a saison dream boat dryness. Put this puppy in a clear glass and take it into the sunshine to put some skunk in your cup like a true Saisonero.
