Beer Description
The beer made with Moritomori rice harvested in 2023 has been so well received that we have brewed it again! This freestyle sake-yeast beer is a mix culture of sake and beer, made with roughly half of the ingredients being Moritomori rice from Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and brewed with sake yeast, giving it a ginjo aroma and hop aroma!
