Beer Description
This volume pairs cucumbers from our friends at Frillman Farms and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis which is known for its citrus and sweet tart characteristics. It pours a brilliantly clear pale gold color with notes of cucumber that poop out of the glass. The cucumber is backed up by notes of dried lime, green peppercorn, canary melon, and lilacs. The body is light, crisp, and delightfully effervescent with a finish that is deeply satisfying and makes it endlessly drinkable.
