Beer Description
This IPA is brewed using a new hop called Elani. We started with a West Coast IPA that has more balanced bitterness. Aromas of tropical pineapple followed by flavors of stone fruits and citrus. The slightly higher IBU’s and dryness help bring forward the subtle nuances with this hops.
