A true lambik! This lambik was taken straight from foeder nĀ°103, a 6,000 liter French oak ex-Barolo barrel. Four brews went onto this barrels. The first two were brewed on the 12th and 13th of February 2020 at Lambiekfabriek and make up 42% of this lambik. The other two brews are 3 Fonteinenās and were made on the 13th and the 14th of that same month, accounting for 58%.
