Sabro, Zappa, Bravo, and the much sought after Medusa hop, combine to impart guava, melon, tangerine, mint, with just a little dankness and spice for a hazy IPA you won’t soon forget.
Neomexicanus hop varieties have been growing wild in the Mountains of New Mexico since before the dawn of man. More recently, some intrepid hop farmers and brewers have started to cultivate them and the results have been amazing! Our tribute to this ancient hop sub-species is dry hopped with four varieties from the neomexicanus family. Sabro, Zappa, Bravo, and the much sought after Medusa hop, combine to impart guava, melon, tangerine, mint, with just a little dankness and spice for a hazy IPA you won’t soon forget.
