Beer Description
Cheers to Bevi Bene Brewing, our favorite brewery in Charleston SC who had just recently closed. An Italian phrase for “drink well” fits this Pilsner perfectly! We used Saphir hops throughout the brewing process and dry hop. We taste flavors of tangerine, lemongrass, black tea and bergamot!
