Beer Description
With the help of our friends from Berkeley Yeast we included their Tropics Boost to enhance the tropical fruit flavors from the Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Rakau hops we used for dry-hopping.
This collab was super fun and weโre glad to finally make this happen. We partnered with our buddies from HOMES Brewery in Ann Arbor, MI to brew a delicious thiolized New Zealand pilsner. With the help of our friends from Berkeley Yeast we included their Tropics Boost to enhance the tropical fruit flavors from the Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Rakau hops we used for dry-hopping.
