Beer Description
Part one of the terroir series of Kingston Black cider. These apples were grown ourselves, on Broome Farm, and pressed on the same day as apples from Hill Farm, in the sister bottling to this cider. Does place matter? Emphatically, yes. Virtually identical appearing fruit has created two tangibly different drinks: in this bottle we have a cider with a more vinous, intense flavour, as well as more alcohol.
Weight on the palate, with a dash of lemon and juniper running through the flavour, enveloped by rich red fruit character.
