Beer Description
Curating the Vibes is a mature multi-year blend aged on Antelope Hill Orchard Montmorency Cherries. Our selected assemblage of Primitive Beer enjoyed a four-month maceration on whole fruit in stainless steel and was bottled at a weighted average age of 24 months. We specifically selected puncheons from batches that utilized high hopping rates to promote reduced acidification during fruit refermentation and greater depth of flavor.
