Our Pink Boots Tripel (8.5% ABV) is a golden-hued ale that highlights the hallmark complexity of Trappist-style beers—banana and bubble gum esters, black peppercorn phenols, subtle malt sweetness, and a dry finish that makes it a sneaky drinker. A pour of this beer goes to support a scholarship for two local Pink Boots Society members to attend Siebel Institute of Technology’s two-week Concise Course in Brewing.
