Beer Description
Think East Coast meets West Coast. A hybrid. Sort of a mutant, if you will. We slammed it with Chinook, Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus in the boil, then double dry-hopped with even more Simcoe and Centennial plus fresh, dank Mosaic and Comet. A juicy ripe citrus endoskeleton with bright pine and grassy notes to launch your tastebuds into battle. Finishes with candied grapefruit rind and orange tangerine tones and a balanced but razor sharp bitterness. It鈥檚 the best there is at what it does. But what it does isn鈥檛 very nice. Drink up, bub.
