Beer Description
In celebration of that lasting friendship and connection, we’ve collaborated on a complex and unique saison made of buckwheat, red wheat, white wheat and a unique combination of our house cultures.
Some memories fade while others last a lifetime. Our first time meeting Troy Casey of Colorado’s Casey Brewing is one of the latter.
We first met Troy almost 20 years ago in the legendary hop yard of Moonlight Brewing where a number of us had convened to pick hops and drink pints of Death & Taxes. Since then,Troy has remained a friend and kindred brewing spirit.
In celebration of that lasting friendship and connection, we’ve collaborated on a complex and unique saison made of buckwheat, red wheat, white wheat and a unique combination of our house cultures. The result is an ode to the idea that bonds can survive beyond the passing of time and physical location.
