Beer Description
Bracingly tart and egret red in color, this Belgian style wild ale was aged for 18 months in one of our Italian Barolo foedres before jumping into a bath of Boysenberries and blackberry juice. Layered berry character flutters between raspberries, blackberries, nectarines and peach. The perky acidity and deep, tannic chord leaves one with a sense of Spanish Tempranillo and nights on Iberian peninsula.
