Beer Description
We’re getting decadent notes of caramelized figs, sticky toffee pudding, clean oak, bourbon nightcaps, toasted marshmallows, Turkish figs, and pear brandy.
Who doesn’t love bourbon barrel aged barleywine?! This bad boy was brewed with Maris Otter and Crystal malts, hopped with British and American hops, fermented with our favourite British ale yeast, and aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. This year’s cuvee was blended from select barrels aged for 9 to 22 months. We’re getting decadent notes of caramelized figs, sticky toffee pudding, clean oak, bourbon nightcaps, toasted marshmallows, Turkish figs, and pear brandy.
