We “figured out” this beer with lager yeast and a selection of Citra, El Dorado, and a hint of Tettnager to tie it all together.
A Collaboration with FLIPSIDE Brewing just down the street. This Cold IPA is a testimate to the innate ability that exists in all brewers to sort of “figure it out”. Boiler issue? We’ll figure it out. New recipe? We’ll figure it out. Chiller on the frits? We’ll figure it out. We “figured out” this beer with lager yeast and a selection of Citra, El Dorado, and a hint of Tettnager to tie it all together.
