Triple Crossing Tropical Falcon

The base beer, as we’re certain you know by now if you’re reading this far, has always been about the balance of dank to bright, fruit to pine, and hop expression to overall balance. Variants like these allow us to lean into any one of Falcon’s characteristics.

After various trials and evaluation, we decided that the still new school Sabro interacted most favorably with the other two varietals in the original beer, and provided the best tropical hop laden character.

To that end, we notice impressions of tiki bar style pina colada, candied pineapple juice, ripe mandarin orange, and mango peach stone fruit softness.
