Beer Description
This hybrid style of beer is also known as “Steam Beer”, but we’ve brewed ours with a twist. This robust stout was fermented with a lager yeast at ale temperatures. The higher fermentation adds a fruity note that works well with the roasted malts and assertive hop character. Farm on!
