Beer Description
Demi-Sec, a French wine term for “semi-dry” is a double dry hopped New England IPA conditioned with Sauvignon Blanc grape must and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Citra. This beer pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium body and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. We like to think it tastes like fresh white peach, gooseberries, and subtle notes of lemongrass.
