What to do with poor Hugo? Too Hoppy for Lager Town, and too much of a Lager for Hoppy Town, but this beer is no outcast. As always brewed with 100% Rabbit Hill malt, Hugo is decoction mashed and appropriately hopped with Saphir, Motueka, and Krush. Hoppy enough for the hop heads, clean enough for the crispy fans.
