Double Decocted 13ºP Czech Style Pilsner
This extra special pilsner embodies all of the techniques and methodologies we’ve learned over our years of making Czech style lagers. Employing a double decoction mash utilizing Raven floor malted Pilsen, and the finest lots of Czech and German grown saaz, this beer delivers a depth of malt character which can only be achieved with these historic brewing processes. A medium-full body, firm bitterness and a bright herbal and spicy hop character deliver a rounded character begging to be consumed in high volumes.
