Introducing PaRyebola—a high-ABV variant of our iconic Parabola Barrel-Aged Stout, infused with the bold character of rye whiskey. We inherited coveted 30-gallon Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey barrels from FEW Spirits, rich with residual spirits that infused our Parabola base beer during an 18-month maturation. Expect robust flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, roast coffee, and a touch of earthy grains and clove spice, accentuated by the unmistakable essence of rye whiskey.
