Beer Description
Rich aromas of dark chocolates and sweet coconut which lead to big flavors reminiscent of roasted pecans, fresh espresso, and sugar-coated coconut. Everything comes together in this one to create a luscious, dessert-like experience.
Brewed in Collaboration with our friends from Esker Hart Artisan Ales out of High Bridge, NJ. Crafted with a mix of select specialty malts for maximum complexity and enhanced with Dutch Cocoa Powder, we conditioned the liquid on a decadent mix of Toasted Coconut, Roasted Pecans, Vanilla, and Cocoa Nibs for a flavor profile inspired by German Chocolate Cake.
Pouring this beer into a glass reveals an oil-black liquid topped by a thin mocha colored head. Upon sipping, you are instantly hit with rich aromas of dark chocolates and sweet coconut which lead to big flavors reminiscent of roasted pecans, fresh espresso, and sugar-coated coconut.
