Beer Description
An extremely lush, tropical and bright hazy IPA with intense notes of pineapple, peach and papaya. Buckle up when you order one of these, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere.
Pineapple. Peach. Refreshing.
This radical new hazy IPA was brewed with a few new tricks up our sleeves. We decided to tinker around with how and when we utilize different hops throughout the brewing process. Cascade was tossed in during the mashing process to bring out the initial bitterness backbone, but in a smoother and less aggressive way. Utilizing a heavy hand of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Idaho 7 Dyna Boost from YCH, in a slightly cooled whirlpool allowed us to cram even more hops into the brewing process without extracting a high level of bitterness. We fermented this anomaly with our house hazy strain, and dry hopped it with Mosaic Cryo, HBC 1019 and Sabro. The result is an extremely lush, tropical and bright hazy IPA with intense notes of pineapple, peach and papaya. Buckle up when you order one of these, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere.
Malt: 2-Row Pale, White Wheat, Rolled Oats
Hops: Idaho 7 Dyna Boost, HBC 1019, Sabro, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Cascade
Yeast: Pamona Ale
