Blend of apples grown at Ciderview Orchards (Tieton, Washington), Uncle John’s Cider Mill, (St. John’s, Michigan), and others. Traditional cider apples are not for fresh eating, but their high tannin makes them perfectly suited for a bold and complex cider. The blended cider evokes the character of baked apples, dark chocolate, caramel, and plums. Assertive and deeply flavored, with a rich golden color.
