Beer Description
Not to be confused with the fundamentalist, anthropomorphic teddy bears, “Bernstein” is the German word for “amber.” Since the beer is a German Amber Lager, it seemed like the perfect moniker. The brew is crisp, clean, and smooth, with a malty/nutty bittersweet finish and some peppery (spice) and floral hop notes. Should be a nice option for the alternative beer drinkers out there in search of something that isn’t overwhelmingly hoppy or dark and rich.
